An explosive Ghanaian Presenter, Afia Pokuaa, has been arbitrarily sacked from two media houses she is working with UTV and Okay FM.
According to insiders, the Vim Lady presenter was unruly, not down with the management of UTV and Okay FM and always made a scene whenever she did not get frustrated.
She had on several occasions been accused of deviating from her assigned duties to abscond from performing at various programs.
Afia Pokuaa popularly known as Vim Lady later took to her Instagram page to confirm her sacking from both stations but added that she was not privy to the termination letter.
Who is Vim lady?
Afia Pokuaa is a famous Ghanaian radio and television presenter who is popularly known as the Vim Lady.
She was born in Ghana and raised in Accra, where she had her elementary education at Labone Senior High School. She later relocated to the United States of America where she had her university education.
Will Afia Pokuaa Return to Radio Work Again?
The management of United Television is aware of Vim Lady’s absence and she requested permission before leaving the station three days ago.
Pokuaa known as Vim Lady announced her career decision on his Instagram page that She thanked those who made it possible for her to host a program dubbed at UTV, Afia hosts Mmara No SeSen’, which was heard on UTV, Peace FM and Okay FM between 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Egyaso Gyaso, a popular news analysis program aired on Okay FM Mondays and Fridays between 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm.
She also co-hosts UTV’s morning show dubbed Adekye Nsroma prior to resigning.
