- Applicants are to obtain study leave with pay application forms from District or Regional Education offices nationwide.
- Applicants should complete 4 copies application forms and Attach Certified Copies of required certificate.

The Regional/District Directors should ensure that the list of all fully qualified beneficiaries reaches the Acting Director of Human Resources Management and Development (HRMD) GES Headquarters by 30th November 2022.
You can only take one six-month block during a twelve-month period, so plan ahead if there are any holidays or other leaves you’d like to take in between.
