GES commiserates with bereaved families of drowned Atikagome pupils.
The eight students from the Atikagome Community in the Sene East District of the Bono East Region who perished when the boat they were riding to school on crashed on the Volta Lake have been mourned by their families, according to the Ghana Education Service (GES).
According to a press release from GES, “the Ghana Education Service commiserates with the families of the eight (8) pupils who met their untimely death while crossing from Atigagorme to attend school at Wayokope in the Sene East in the Bono East Region.”
