President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo has revealed his administration’s plan to upgrade the Kwadaso Agricultural College in Kwadasso of the Ashanti Region, into a university with immediate effect.
President Akuffo Addo made this known when he received the officials of the Kwadaso Agricultural College.
The celebration, with the theme “Kwadaso Agricultural College 100 Years of Agricultural Education in Ghana,” was held to honor the school’s accomplishments, which include the production of about 75,000 professionals since its founding in 1922.
President Akuffo Addo was quoted by state radio as having said that government would take measures to ensure that the programme becomes successful and sustainable in future.
