NSS RELEASES NURSES AND MIDWIVES POSTINGS FOR THE 2022/2023 SERVICE YEAR
For the 2022–2023 service year, the National Duty Scheme (NSS) has announced postings for 10,975 nurses and midwives to complete their required service at authorized health facilities around the nation.
Job descriptions
Their service will start on Friday, July 1, 2022, according to a press release dated June 9.
All prospective employees are expected to finish the registration process by June 30, 2022. It started on June 9.
Please be advised that 346 nurses and midwives have not yet been posted as a result of their failure to complete registration by the deadline.
Registration process
During the registration process, the affected individuals neglected to produce one of the recognized national IDs (Ghana Card, passport, SSNIT, new Voter’s ID).
These individuals have already been asked to begin their services on Friday, July 1, 2022.

How do I apply?
During the registration process, the affected individuals neglected to provide one of the recognized national IDs (Ghana Card, passport, SSNIT, new Voter’s ID).
All nurses and midwives who have been posted have been exhorted by the management of the scheme to accept their assignments and “consider them as part of their commitment towards establishing a successful Ghana.”
All qualified nurses and midwives must check their placements on the Scheme’s website https://www.nss.gov.gh/ before going to their various user agencies to confirm their appointment.
