NSS Releases Pin Codes For 2022/2023 Nurses Enrolment
Four thousand, three hundred and thirty (4,330) Personal Identification Number (PIN) Codes have been made available by the management of the Ghana National Service Scheme (GNSS) for the enrolment of newly graduated nurses from all the accredited Nursing and Midwifery Training Colleges in the nation to start their mandatory National Service for the 2022/2023 service year. A section of the letter release reads:
“The National Scheme has today. Monday. 28th November. 2022, released PIN CODES for a total of 4,330 eligible Ghanaian trained nurses to enable them enroll to offer their one year mandatory national service for the 2022/2023 service year.
All eligible trained nurses are therefore requested to log onto the Scheme’s website On www.nss.gov.gh to follow the online procedure. The period of registration spans from Today, November, 2022 to Monday December, 2022. Assumption of national service is on Wednesday 4th January 2023.
Management Wishes to advise all eligible trained nurses to personally complete their online enrolment process within the stipulated period in order to avoid petty enrolment mistakes, and to ensure that only accurate information is provided”.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR NSS 2022/2023
1. Dial *170#
2. Choose Option 2 “Pay Bill”
3. Choose General Payments (Option 6)
4. Enter Payment code as – NSS PINCODE (type NSS, put a space, then type your PINCODE). The menu will return to your name for confirmation.
5. Enter deposit amount (GH¢41.00).
6. Enter NSS reference
7. Enter PIN to confirm payment
8. You will receive a message to confirm the transaction
